the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I even received a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location is excellent, as many attractions are within walking distance or just a short tuk tuk ride away. Despite the room being basic and simple, I never felt hot thanks to the fan provided. I would highly recommend Baan Lanna At Prasingh for its friendly staff, convenient location, and comfortable rooms. Cons: Nothing, all was good 👍.

The location of the guesthouse was excellent, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the walking street. The room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep. The free coffee and water were a nice touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay in Chiang Mai.
